BY PLANE: Fly to Prague, Vaclav Havel airport. In Prague you have more options as to how to get to Ústí nad Labem (aprox. 90 km):
- Fastest option: Pre-order the shuttle from Prague airport directly to Usti nad Labem, here: https://www.prague-airport-transfers.co.uk/. Time of the journey is 1:15 hours. Price for the entire car is 70 – 90 EUR (up to 4 people).
- Moderate option: At the Prague airport, find AIRPORT EXPRESS bus that connects directly from the airport to the Main Railway Station in 30 minutes (price 5 EUR/ticket). At the Main Railway Station, take the fast train to Ústí nad Labem (aprox. 1:15 hours), schedules and on-line tickets available here. The price of the train is 8 EUR.
- Cheapest option: At the Prague airport, find public bus No. 119 and go to “Nadrazi Veleslavin”. There, change to metro A (green line) and go to “Museum” (15 minutes), then change to metro C (red line) and go one station to “Hlavni nadrazi” (Main Railway Station). Purchase your train ticket on the lower level, and go upstairs to the boarding platform. There you can board the fast train to Ústí nad Labem. (Please note: you need apublic transport ticket for 32 CZK (1,15 EUR) that you are supposed to stamp in the bus and keep in your pocket (the ticket is valid for 60 minutes). BY TRAIN: The city is on the main railway route connecting Berlin/Hannover (Germany) and Prague. The EC trains goes every 2 hours.
